Ambulance Billing Information
The District does all billing through a certified medical billing specialist or company. The following agency is the ambulance billing vendor approved by the Board of Trustees. For all billing questions, please contact The Billing Company. DO NOT send payments directly to the District.

Freedom of Information Request
It is the policy of the Board of Trustees of the Rutland and Dundee Townships Fire Protection District to permit access to and copying of public records in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, balanced, however, by the limited exceptions recognized in the Act to safeguard individual privacy and the efficient operation of the District. The Fire Chief shall insure that the District complies with the Act through execution of the District's regulations adopted pursuant to this policy. (5 ILCS 140/1 .)
All public requests for information and/or records will be processed through the administrative offices of the District, located at 11 E. Higgins Road, P.0. Box 203, Gilberts, Illinois 60136. These requests shall be directed to the Fire Chief of the District pursuant to the District's administrative regulations at the address noted above. The cost of any copies requested is $.35 per page.
